Akhtar Polymers Private Limited was founded in Lahore by engineers who saw a clear gap in Pakistan's manufacturing market — a shortage of agile, technically capable injection moulding companies willing to take on bespoke work.
Most factories in Pakistan are set up for volume. They do one thing, in one material, at one price. Customers with complex requirements, unusual specifications, or custom development needs were left with nowhere to go.
APPL was built to solve that problem.
Named after our founding family, we have grown from a focused footwear component manufacturer into a full-service injection moulding partner — serving footwear brands, FMCG companies, automotive suppliers, and industrial manufacturers. We also operate a polymer trading division, supplying raw materials to manufacturers and traders across Pakistan.
We are based at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore — one of Pakistan's most established industrial zones — with 5-10 injection moulding machines and a complete in-house capability stack including mould making, R&D, colour compounding, and quality control.
