The most common sole material for fashion and casual footwear. Excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and grip. Ideal for outsoles that need to look good and last. Paintable and customisable in colour and finish.
Softer and more flexible than TPU โ used for cushioned insoles, flexible components, and soles that need a softer shore rating. Very easy to colour-match and process cleanly.
Durable, cost-effective, and widely used in casual and budget footwear soles. Can be compounded to varying degrees of flexibility. Available in a wide colour range including transparent effects.
Used for rigid structural components โ heel blanks, counters, and decorative elements that need to hold shape under load. Lightweight, stiff, and easy to finish with paint or chrome-effect treatments.
High-impact rigid material used for heel inserts, toe caps, and structural decorative parts. Takes surface finishes well โ ideal for polished or textured decorative components.
We can blend materials and additives in our in-house compounding facility to achieve specific performance characteristics โ softer shore ratings, added grip, UV stability, or colour effects not available off the shelf.
Most Pakistani injection moulders buy their moulds from a separate toolmaker and then run production. APPL is different โ and that difference matters.

Yes โ if you commission the mould, you own it. It is held at our factory for production, but it belongs to you. We will confirm this in writing before tooling begins.

Yes. We pack for export and can advise on documentation. Shipping logistics and freight are handled by the client or their freight forwarder โ we prepare the goods and paperwork at our end.
